Barda purchased two land units for the construction of apartments on the northern coast of Tel Aviv, in the Cell 3700 plan on the coastline, south of the Mandarin Hotel. This is a plan to build tens of thousands of residential apartments, offices and commercial space on an area of approximately 2,000 dunams.

A few days after leaving Hapoel Beersheba, which he coached the previous season and was close to winning the State Cup, Hapoel Beersheba coach and former player, Eliniv Barda, has already signed an extraordinary real estate deal.

Barda purchased four land units for the construction of apartments on the north coast of Tel Aviv, as part of the Cell 3700 plan on the shoreline, south of the Mandarin Hotel. This is a large-scale plan to build tens of thousands of residential apartments, offices and commercial spaces on an area of approximately 4,000 dunams.

Barda, represented by attorney Ehud Arab of Cohen Arab & Co., purchased the units from the Trigo Real Estate Investments Group, one of the most prominent groups in the 3700 complex. The Trigo Group, represented by attorneys Sage-Lagrisi, has over 60 plots in the plan area, and they include rights purchased by many businessmen.

Lawyer Arab said that his firm is proud to accompany Eliniv Barda, along with many buyers, in a transaction that has enormous economic potential in the most sought-after area in the Dan Bloc. “The project includes extensive areas and development plans on an unprecedented scale,” he noted. Barda himself revealed that he has already made two additional transactions with “Trigo” in the Glilot complex, and this is his third transaction with the same company. “This is an exclusive area with enormous economic potential, and we aim to expand our partnership with Trigo to future projects,” he added.
