Landowners assisted by Trigo in project management:
The New North Project is located in the Glilot district, on the seam line between the cities of Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Ramat Hasharon, and borders the Ayalon Highway to the east, the Namir Road to the west, the Glilot Intersection to the north and the Ramat Aviv G neighborhood to the south.
Investment in the New North Project
Demand in the Tel Aviv area continues to grow and the price trend continues to rise. However, the city of Tel Aviv has become dense and there is almost no more available land for saturated construction. The solution to the problem lies in the development of the surrounding areas, and it is worth getting to know the plans intended for the New North.
The Glilot district that we know today is about to change. This is land that is the subject of many plans, both in the field of housing and in the field of developing green areas and building office complexes. As of today, the land has not yet been unfrozen, but the process is in advanced stages. The New North Project is located in the Glilot district, on the seam line between the three central cities: Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Ramat Hasharon.
The New North Project dominates over 2,000 dunams. To the north is the Glilot junction, to the east is the Ayalon Highway, to the west is the Namir Road, and to the south is the Ramat Aviv G neighborhood.
Parks, employment complexes, train stations and more
In addition to central arteries, there are additional elements that make investing in the New North Project promising. A person considering investing in the project will discover that all the desired variables are in the formula. Spacious green parks, bike paths, cultural and recreational centers, educational institutions, train stations, approximately 700,000 square meters designated for employment and approximately 69,000 square meters designated for commerce.
Trigo Investments Group invites you to be part of the next phase of the city that never stops with land for investment in the new north in the Glilot neighborhood complex. The project is located on the seam line between the cities of Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Ramat Hasharon. This land is the most sought-after in the Dan bloc due to its location, and covers an area of approximately 1,750 dunams and borders the Ayalon Highway to the east, Namir Road (Highway 2) to the west, the Glilot junction to the north and the adjacent Ramat Aviv G neighborhood to the south. The Glilot District plan promoted by the National Committee for Planning and Construction of Preferred Housing Complexes (HCT) includes the construction of approximately 18,500 housing units and approximately 1,000,000 square meters of commerce and offices, all alongside hundreds of dunams of parks, bicycle paths, cultural, leisure and entertainment centers, educational institutions and a large transportation center (MTA) that will include 2 metro lines M1 + M3 and a heavy rail. In February 2024, it was decided to submit the plan to the HCT and the expected approval of the master plan is up to 24 months from the date of submission. In the coming months, the allocation and balance tables are expected to be published, which will divide the affiliated groups and land rights holders in the complex into specific allocation lots. After the allocation tables are approved, the master plan will be approved, by virtue of which it will be possible to issue initial building permits in the complex.
