The Blue Beach plan is planned to be built on the coastal strip of Herzliya Pituach between the Mandarin Hotel to the south, and its area is approximately 2,200 dunams. The land is currently in the process of changing its zoning (Har/ 2200).
The land is in the process of changing its zoning and is located in the jurisdiction of the Herzliya Municipality in a central location close to the beach, the marina, the Glilot junction and close to the coastal road and the main traffic routes.
In the Blue Beach plan, according to the approved plan, it is intended to build a new district in the northwestern part of Herzliya, which will begin at the beach and reach the cliff line.
The Blue Beach Herzliya is located in the southwestern part of Herzliya and borders the northern part of the city of Tel Aviv. This area is expected to be highly sought after for real estate investments, and within the framework of the Har2200A plan, thousands of housing units and commercial real estate will be built alongside spacious public complexes, which, among other things, will allow optimal accessibility to the beach, which will form the western border of the Blue Beach project. The Blue Beach Herzliya plan is an initiative of the Herzliya Municipality that was approved at the end of 2021, with the aim of initiating the process of establishing a unique and new urban district, within the jurisdiction of Herzliya. The district will include, in addition to residential areas, large public parks and recreational and cultural areas, and within it, convenient and spacious internal access roads will be paved, intended for cyclists and pedestrians. The residential properties will be built at different heights, with the plan being to erect low-rise buildings close to the coastline itself, approximately 300 meters to the west, with the construction gradually rising towards the east.
The Azure Beach project, also known as Mount 2200A, is intended to be a huge district, within which building permits will be granted to both private and industrial investors: thousands of housing units and commercial properties are expected to be built in the area, which will ensure the opening of hundreds of new jobs for the residents of Herzliya and the surrounding area. The plan will allow for investment in the Blue Coast that will be of a diverse nature and will include an option to purchase small apartments as well as properties defined as affordable housing, which is expected to be rented at controlled prices and be an attraction for young families.
