Herzliya Blue Beach

The Herzliya Municipality’s approved and deposited plan for the area envisions a future district featuring approximately 14,000 residential units, beachfront hotels, and dedicated leisure, tourism, and entertainment zones.
All of these will be connected by a new urban park and wide, pedestrian-friendly streets linking the Blue Coast directly to the neighborhood.

The Tel Aviv District Planning and Building Committee approved the plan for deposit in 2020, marking a major milestone toward transforming the area into one of Israel’s most exclusive and desirable coastal destinations.

The Hof HaTchelet (Blue Coast) project in Herzliya is the “missing link” in the urban continuum between Tel Aviv and Herzliya.
Once completed, Ibn Gvirol Street will extend northward to connect directly with Herzliya, allowing residents to enjoy the best of both cities – two of Israel’s most desirable urban centers – all along a smooth, central transportation corridor.

The Green Line of the NTA Light Rail, currently under construction, will link the complex to Tel Aviv in the south and Herzliya in the north, enabling residents to conveniently combine bicycles, scooters, walking, and train travel – all while enjoying the sea breeze and stunning coastal views that define Israel’s most beautiful beachfront.
