Herzliya Valley is the next promising residential complex in the Sharon region, following two major real estate successes: the Galil Yam and Green Herzliya neighborhoods. We invite you to join the new gem in Herzliya’s chain of successes.

Herzliya’s takeoff point

At the beginning of 2025, the Israel Land Authority submitted the Northern Herzliya District Plan for approval by the National Committee for the Promotion of Priority Housing Complexes (Vatmal).

The Northern Herzliya District is set to become a modern urban meeting point connecting Herzliya, Ra’anana, and Kfar Shmaryahu — some of the most sought-after areas in Israel, known for their strong and stable demand.

Herzliya, which has already achieved two nationally acclaimed successes – the Galil Yam neighborhood and the Green Herzliya neighborhood – benefits from close collaboration among all planning authorities, who view the development of this district as a critical step in completing the urban continuum of the Sharon region.

The complex is another excellent example of smart mixed-use planning, creating a dynamic, high-quality, and desirable living environment.
The plan includes approximately 15,500 housing units and 500,000 square meters allocated for employment, commerce, and leisure.
Alongside these, public and educational institutions will be established, and green areas and open spaces will be developed for the benefit of residents.

Once the plan is officially deposited with the national committee (Vatmal), the committee will have 24 months to complete its review and approve the plan.

Connecting to Herzliya’s most successful neighborhoods

One of the key advantages of the Valley Herzliya project is its exceptional accessibility – both to major transportation arteries and to advanced metropolitan public transit services.

The complex, strategically located between Highway 20 and Highway 531, is designed around the infrastructure of the Green Line of the Light Rail and the planned metro lines, ensuring residents enjoy quick, convenient, and seamless access to the entire Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

In the western part of the complex, green public spaces will be developed, connecting Herzliya Park in the south with Ra’anana Park in the north.
The park, the new pedestrian bridge, and the walking and cycling paths will allow residents to reduce private car use and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle within a vibrant community – right in the heart of one of Israel’s most desirable cities.

The integration between the new complex and the existing neighborhoods: Gan Rashel and Nachalat Ada, will enable organic urban development and the smooth assimilation of the project into the city’s fabric.
