Herzliya’s takeoff point
At the beginning of 2025, the Israel Land Authority submitted the Northern Herzliya District Plan for approval by the National Committee for the Promotion of Priority Housing Complexes (Vatmal).
The Northern Herzliya District is set to become a modern urban meeting point connecting Herzliya, Ra’anana, and Kfar Shmaryahu — some of the most sought-after areas in Israel, known for their strong and stable demand.
Herzliya, which has already achieved two nationally acclaimed successes – the Galil Yam neighborhood and the Green Herzliya neighborhood – benefits from close collaboration among all planning authorities, who view the development of this district as a critical step in completing the urban continuum of the Sharon region.
The complex is another excellent example of smart mixed-use planning, creating a dynamic, high-quality, and desirable living environment.
The plan includes approximately 15,500 housing units and 500,000 square meters allocated for employment, commerce, and leisure.
Alongside these, public and educational institutions will be established, and green areas and open spaces will be developed for the benefit of residents.
Once the plan is officially deposited with the national committee (Vatmal), the committee will have 24 months to complete its review and approve the plan.
