The last land reserve in the metropolis
The land reserves in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area are nearing full utilization, with the planning and marketing of the Glilot District – currently in advanced planning stages before the National Planning and Building Committee – marking one of the last major development opportunities.
The Glilot District Project, covering approximately 1,750 dunams and located between North Tel Aviv and Ramat Hasharon, near the Glilot Junction, is planned as a modern urban complex featuring a mixed-use design that includes residential, commercial, employment, leisure, and entertainment areas.
The planned district will include around 18,500 residential units in towers of up to 45 floors, alongside commercial and business centers totaling about 1 million square meters.
All of this will be surrounded by 350 dunams of green space, including parks, gardens, tree-lined boulevards, and a central artificial lake.
Its full accessibility to the Tel Aviv metropolitan rail network, combined with cutting-edge urban planning, will make the district a major attraction for a young and dynamic population seeking a modern, international-standard lifestyle.
In February 2024, the National Committee for Priority Housing Complexes (Vatmal) approved and deposited the plan, which by law must be completed within 24 months, in cooperation with the Israel Land Authority, which is actively promoting its progress.
Trigo Group invites you to take part in the future of the Glilot District – and to benefit from a promising investment opportunity grounded in Tel Aviv’s limited land supply and the city’s ambitious development plans.
