Trigo Real Estate Development and Investment was founded roughly two decades ago and is owned by Tal Peretz, one of the group's founders. During his military service as a combat officer in Shayetet 13, the Navy's elite unit, Tal began forming buyer groups, initially made up of his fellow servicemen who had completed their career service and saved their initial equity to invest in real estate.
This model, built around his unit comrades, quickly proved itself, eventually evolving into a platform that has been embedded in the company's DNA ever since.
Trigo was built and grew alongside its clients, who constitute the company's strongest and most important asset.
Founder and CEO
Tal Peretz | The Trigo Group for Real Estate Investment Development was founded approximately two decades ago and is owned by Tal Peretz, one of the group’s founders.
Upon completing his military service as a combat officer in Shayetet 13 (the Israeli Navy’s elite naval commando unit), Tal began forming buyer groups, initially composed of his unit comrades who had been discharged from career service and had saved initial equity for investing in real estate. This successful model quickly proved itself, and a platform was built that has been ingrained in Trigo Group’s DNA ever since. The Trigo Group has been built and has grown together with its clients, who constitute the group’s strongest and most important asset.

Shai Elbaz | Partner and Head of Business Development at the company, who previously served as CEO.
A Brigadier General (Reserves), he previously held a range of senior positions in the IDF, including Commander of Shayetet 13, Commander of the Nahal Reconnaissance Unit (Sayeret Nahal), Head of the Operations Division, and Deputy Commander of the Israeli Navy.
In his role at Trigo, he focuses on building and leading strategic deals with business partners.
Alongside his work in the company’s management, he leads the social impact domain, initiating and developing volunteer activities, contributing to communities in need, and supporting organizations working toward a variety of social causes.
Shai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in National Security and Public Administration.

Stav Sa’ar | Attorney, Partner, and Deputy CEO.
Holds an LL.B in Law and is a licensed attorney.
In his role at Trigo, he oversees coordination between the company’s various departments and manages day-to-day operations.

Victor Haviv | Partner and Head of the Development Department at the company.
Brings extensive experience in commercial and real estate law, specializing in advising on complex transactions, strategic legal counsel, and leading business and development processes.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration (LL.B, B.A) and a Master of Laws (LL.M), is a licensed attorney, and combines broad legal knowledge with deep business and managerial acumen. Over the years, he has accumulated significant experience advising developers, companies, and property owners leading complex negotiations, structuring transactions, and creating legal and business solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
His professional work includes extensive experience advising on combination transactions (combinatzia), purchase groups, the advancement of urban building plans, obtaining building permits, and accompanying real estate projects from the initiation and planning stages through to the completion and execution of the deal. His broad experience enables him to provide clients with a complete professional framework, with strategic vision, creativity, and the ability to manage complex processes alongside all relevant parties.
CPA, Partner and CFO
Shahar Solomon | CPA, Partner and CFO. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Accounting and Economics studies at Tel Aviv University.
Shahar brings rich professional experience across a range of key positions at leading commercial and financial organizations, including the global consulting and accounting firm EY, as well as finance companies and startups.
In his role at Trigo, Shahar manages the company’s overall financial operation. He leads the financial strategy, works on building and developing advanced business models and structures, and is responsible for managing the ongoing strategic relationships with the banking system and financing entities.
