Hod Hasharon is one of the most beloved and fastest-growing cities in the Sharon region, thanks to its excellent location, strong community, and above all - its pastoral and intimate character. Shvil HaTapuzim (The Orange Path) is one of the city’s key development areas, and notably, it is the only one planned at the heart of the city, seamlessly integrating with Hod Hasharon’s established and cherished neighborhoods.

The last land reserve in Kfar Saba

Kfar Saba has long earned the nickname “The Pearl of the Sharon”, thanks to being one of the region’s most beloved cities – and one of the few in Israel with virtually no negative migration.
Over the past decade, the city’s population has grown by about 10%, and the trend continues: the Kfar Saba Municipality estimates that by 2035, the city will be home to approximately 150,000 residents.

After the successful completion and occupancy of the Kfar Saba Green Neighborhood, only one major land reserve remains in the city – the North Ben Yehuda (Area 6) complex.
This 1,370-dunam area includes the last remaining open land in Kfar Saba. The city’s master plan defines it as a modern residential neighborhood, which is expected to become the next major real estate success story following Kfar Saba Green.

Following the government’s declaration of Shvil HaTapuzim (The Orange Path) as a Preferred Housing Complex, the planning committee is legally required to complete its planning process within two years of the declaration – that is, by the end of 2026.

Ben Yehuda is getting on the metro

One of the unique advantages of the North Ben Yehuda (Area 6) complex lies in its strategic location: bordered to the north by the open fields of the Sharon moshavim and directly connected to Kfar Saba Green, located just across Road 554. This means that residents of the new neighborhood will benefit not only from modern urban infrastructure, but also from excellent municipal services and seamless integration with the established urban fabric.

Another major advantage is that Metro Line M1 is planned to pass adjacent to the neighborhood, serving both its residents and the future business and commercial district planned for its northern section. As a result, the neighborhood will become an advanced urban residential area, featuring mixed-use zoning, smart transportation infrastructure, and direct access to the Sharon region’s main transport arteries via the Kfar Saba–Ra’anana Interchange.

And of course, you can’t talk about Kfar Saba without a touch of green: between the new neighborhood and the southern Sharon moshavim, a large urban park will be developed – connecting city and countryside while offering residents a lush, open green landscape as far as the eye can see.
