This ensures the neighborhood will integrate naturally into the city’s urban fabric and benefit from its excellent municipal services.

Thanks to its limited number of housing units and exceptional location, it is expected to become one of the most sought-after areas in the city.

This station will enable residents to reach any destination across Gush Dan, the Sharon, Tel Aviv, and the Shfela easily and safely, via the expanding metro and light rail network.

This connectivity serves as a major growth driver for property values in the neighborhood – as proximity to urban rail systems typically leads to an additional return of 10–20% above average market prices once operations begin.
